Director and Company Secretary 2001-present

I am a part-time director and company secretary of Elm Park Mansions Ltd., which is a property management company responsible for 189 flats in West London. Oversaw £450,000 refurbishment project.

Intelligent Games Ltd.

Founder and CEO 1989-2000

At Intelligent Games I was responsible for strategy, marketing, building and leading the management team.

Grew the business to sixty-five staff, three times winning a Deloitte and Touche Fast 50 Award for rapid growth.
Executive producer for over twenty titles including hits such as Dune 2000, Emperor Battle For Dune and LEGO Loco.
Built long-term relationships with major publishers including EA, LEGO, Hasbro and Sony.
Hired and led a strong management team (who eventually bought the business in an amicable management buy-out in June 2000).

Other Activities

I am a governor of a local infant's school: St. Anne's school, Kensington (Ofsted report).

I was a business mentor for The Prince's Trust from autumn 2000 until spring 2003 and I helped two businesses with their development. Currently, I mentor a personal training business called Phoenix Coaching.

Lightning Ensemble is a company of actors, writers and directors dedicated to creating new work for theatre, screen and radio. I was a trustee from late 2000 to May 2003.

My hobbies include flying and history. I also enjoy public speaking.
